PRE- ORDER

  1. Place your order — Add the pre-order item to your cart and check out just like normal.
  2. Pay now (or a deposit) — Depending on the product, you'll either pay the full amount upfront or a deposit to reserve your item.
  3. We prepare your order — We'll get your item ready and ship it as soon as it arrives with us.
  4. It ships to you! — You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Good to know:

  • Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items in your order.
  • We'll always keep you updated if there are any changes to the expected ship date.
  • If we're unable to fulfil your pre-order, you'll receive a full refund.
