Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand,  and to Australia. We are based in Milton, Otago, New Zealand.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• New Zealand: 2–7 business days (rural addresses may take longer)
• Australia: 7–14 business days

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
