What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is officially released or restocked. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item at the current price.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your pre-order.

Estimated Delivery

Pre-order items will be shipped within 21 DAYS of your order date. Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations and Refunds

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be possible.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, in rare cases items may become unavailable. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.
